Even great writers hit rough patches where words don’t flow easily and ideas seem about as fresh as a bag of rancid brown rice. This class will help you get past writer’s block, while taking your food writing to a whole new level. Grant will share his approach for breathing new life into writing by raising your standards, focusing your voice and sharpening your self-editing skills. He’ll also explore tricks to stay in front of food trends and improve your connection with readers. He may even tell a few jokes.
